Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Green Technology (“The Company”) and the customer (“The Client”) regarding water filter maintenance and repair services in Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding areas.

2.1 Service Scope and Area

• Service Area: We primarily serve all districts of Ho Chi Minh City. Services requested in suburban districts (e.g., Cu Chi, Can Gio) or neighboring provinces (Binh Duong, Long An) may incur a “Distance Surcharge” which will be quoted in advance.
• Access: The Client must provide safe access to the water filtration system at the agreed appointment time.

2.2 Pricing and Payment

• Quotes: All prices for filter cartridges and spare parts are quoted in Vietnam Dong (VND).
• Inspection Fee: If a technician arrives at the site and the Client decides not to proceed with the repair/maintenance, a standard “Inspection & Travel Fee” of [e.g., 100,000 VND] will be charged.
• Payment Method: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, or QR Pay immediately upon completion of the service.

2.3 Warranty and Liability

• Service Warranty: We provide a [30/60/90]-day warranty on our workmanship. If a leak occurs due to our installation within this period, we will fix it free of charge.
• Parts Warranty: Replacement filters and membranes are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
• Exclusions: The Company is not liable for:
  • Damages caused by extreme fluctuations in HCMC municipal water pressure.
  • Systems that have been tampered with by unauthorized third parties.
  • Pre-existing plumbing issues in the Client's property.

2.4 Cancellation Policy

Clients must notify us at least [3] hours before the scheduled appointment for any cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated “No-shows” may result in a service ban or a pre-payment requirement for future bookings.

2.5 Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes that cannot be settled through negotiation shall be referred to the People's Court of Ho Chi Minh City.
